This site plan shows the existing home and detached garage located at the rear of the property. The garage’s location and existing driveway access made it well suited for conversion into a private detached ADU while maintaining separation from the main residence.
Interior Kitchen Design
The kitchen was designed to maximize functionality within the compact studio layout while maintaining an open and comfortable living space. Cabinetry, appliances, storage, and work surfaces were carefully coordinated to make efficient use of the converted garage footprint.
New Floor Plan
The existing detached garage was reconfigured into a functional studio ADU with dedicated areas for sleeping, living, cooking, dining, laundry, and a full bathroom. The compact layout makes efficient use of the existing footprint while creating a comfortable independent living space.
