Can you provide structural engineering only?

Many clients already have architectural plans and simply need structural calculations, engineering plans, inspections, or permit-ready structural documents.
Will my project require permits?
Most structural work, additions, ADUs, decks, and remodels require permits. Permit requirements vary by city, and we prepare construction documents that meet local building department requirements.
How long does the design process take?
Project schedules vary depending on project size, complexity, and our current workload. During your consultation, we'll discuss an estimated timeline and keep you informed throughout the design process.
How are project fees determined?
